The weavers of Nain Tabas are mainly characterised by people that migrated from the city of Nain. Indeed Nain Tabas rugs are characterised by curvilinear patterns similar to the Nain carpets. Their main dominant colours are Ivory and light blue, sometimes in the newer production they have red or dark blue backgrounds. Weaved with a combination of wool and silk Nain Tabas rugs and carpets are good quality and in high demand.
