ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (CHANGE OF MIND)
We appreciate your purchase and your satisfaction is our aim. If you are not satisfied with your selection you may exchange or return your purchased item in its original packaging and condition within 7 days from the time of receipt. The costs and booking associated with arranging a courier to the provided return address for an exchange/return are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving the item/s in its original condition, we will issue you with a partial refund (for an exchange) or refund (for a return), minus our original shipping cost associated with sending the item/s to you. These fees can be advised prior to purchasing by simply emailing us at info@cyrusrugs.com.au with all relevant shipping information. For a successful return process you must first contact info@cyrusrugs.com.au to obtain a RAN (Return Authorisation Number) within 7 days of receiving your purchased item/s to ensure that you are eligible, this RAN number should be clearly displayed on the packaging. Item/s returned without authorisation, that are damaged, or that fail to follow the outlined process will not be accepted.
A customer may request to personally return their online order purchase to a physical store, this may only occur when the customer has contacted Cyrus Rugs to obtain a RAN (Return Authorisation Number) prior to returning the purchase. After returning the item/s in new and unused condition, any refund due the customer will reflect a deduction of the initial delivery cost to courier the purchase. Under some circumstances a credit note may be issued in place of a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: The images we display have the most accurate colour possible. Due to differences in devices, we cannot be responsible for variations in colour between the actual product and your screen. Please be advised that in some cases patterns and colours may vary according to size. Lengths and widths may vary from the published dimensions. We do our best to provide you with an accurate measurement, but please be advised that some variation exists, and this is not a manufacturing defect.
For any online orders placed with Zip Pay, fees may be incurred for refunds. For order cancellations an admin fee may be charged in some circumstances.

IN STORE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
When you purchase a rug from one of our stores, please choose carefully as we DO NOT give refunds if you simply change your mind or choose a wrong size or colour. You may exchange within 7 days of purchase (excluding 'as is' condition items) with the rug in its original/unused condition. Please note if your exchange is a lesser amount, you will be supplied with a credit note to be used in that store for the difference.
Proof of Purchase must be provided with all returns.
