Shipping relates to online orders only.
What are the delivery charges?
We offer free shipping on orders over $249, in some cases there are freight costs involved for some areas, but you will receive correspondence from Cyrus Rugs prior to shipping if this applies to your delivery address. The complete list of these postcodes that incur extra freight charges can be found on our Extra freight charges page, please email us via email@example.com with the products you are interested in for a freight quote to these postcodes.
Delivery information & time frames?
In most cases deliveries occur within a week but allow 5 - 10 business days as transit times vary depending on your location (rural / remote areas will inevitably take longer). Please be aware that public holidays affect the above ETA and over the Christmas period your delivery could be delayed by an extra 5 working days as some warehouse, depot and even courier companies close for the end of year break or have an extra workload.
Are deliveries door to door?
Most deliveries are door to door but please note that some rural areas are depot only service and in some remote areas we cannot deliver. Which service is provided is determined by the local courier and is not always something we have control over. Cyrus Rugs will always opt for a door-to-door delivery where possible.
Are tracking details provided?
Yes. You will receive tracking details with all of your orders so you can track your delivery.
Specific delivery requirements
Should special requirements be requested (eg: Needing to be contacted before a delivery takes place, or requiring a specific time or date for delivery) we'd like you to please note that all deliveries are done by third party courier and transport company and we have no control on how they operate therefore we cannot guarantee any of your mentioned requirements can be fulfilled.
We opt for a service with the carriers that if nobody is at the nominated address to accept and sign for the item, they will leave a calling card for you to call them and make suitable delivery arrangements.
Authority to Leave
We do not give authority to leave on your behalf, you can make arrangements directly with the transport company once we give you the tracking details. You are liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of you giving the transport company authority to leave.
Do we deliver to PO Box addresses?
No. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses because of signature requirements.
Do we deliver to Remote Locations (Australia) & international addresses?
Remote locations within Australia & International orders incur additional freight charges. For deliveries to Remote Locations in Australia or shipping overseas please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a quote.
