Order your rugs by phone:
Once you have selected the rugs you want to purchase please call our helpdesk to place your order. Call (07) 5527 3899 Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm. To speed up the process please have the rug name and model number before calling to make your order.
Order your rugs online:
Once you confirm your order, you will be directed to a secure payment page hosted by the NAB, where you will be asked to fill in your payment details to complete the transaction. Cyrus Persian Carpets does not see or retain any finanacial information that you enter. This guarantees your security and privacy always.
Returns & Exchanges
Please choose carefully, as refunds are not given if you simply change your mind. We appreciate your purchase and your satisfaction in our service criteria. If your rug is defective or you are not satisfied with your selection for any reason, you may exchange or receive store credit for your purchase within 7 days from the time of receipt, delivery costs both ways on returns are the responsibility of the customer (return fees may be higher). Products that show signs of use will not be exchanged.

During the photography process we make every effort to accurately reproduce the appearance of each rug’s colours and patterns as the originals. However, variables such as photography lighting and your computer monitor set up can sometimes affect how colours are displayed so for that reason the original products may vary slightly. If you are uncertain about a particular rug colour and would like more information before placing your order, you may ask our sales team by calling 07 55273 899 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivering your order
Cyrus Persian Carpets deliver to most locations in Australia with Fastway as our preferred courier service. Transit times are available directly from our carriers or by contacting us. If your rugs get damaged as a result of the delivery process or if there are any manufacturing defects, it will be replaced by the company.
Delivering in Australia:
Delivery orders in Australia are dispatched within a couple of working days from the time of order. Your approximate delivery time will be emailed as soon as your purchased items get shipped. The estimated delivery times are business days (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays during working hours.
